My products came in damaged what can I do?

Please inspect your packages at the time of delivery to any damage to the packaging. If the box is damaged, please note that with the carrier and either refuse the shipment or open to inspect the product for damage with the carrier present if possible. 

Please document damage with photos and send to us at sales@shelftagsupply.com so we can get you a replacement product and file a claim with the shipping carrier.
