- Provide maximum load safety warning on all racks and shelves
- To comply with ANSI and the RMI, all rack maximum load markers should clearly display the rated load capacity per the rack manufacturer's specifications
- Printed weight capacity labels are available in three styles - Adhesive Labels, Label Magnets, Label Signs
- Content of the pallet rack capacity labels may be pre-printed text or custom printed

- Choice of 3 rack maximum load marker styles:
- Printed Adhesive Label - printed on a synthetic paper stock
- Printed Label Magnet - adhesive label on a flexible magnet
- Printed Label Sign - adhesive label on a plastic mount
- Recommendation of rack maximum load marker placements:
- Rack upright - apply a label, magnet or adhesive mounted sign
- Rack cross beam - apply a label or magnet
- Rack end cap - apply a label to your placard or bolted mount sign
- Pallet rack load capacity label text content:
- Pre-printed standard maximum permissible text (see images above) with blank areas to write in Max Unit Load, Avg Unit Load, and Max Load per Bay weights
- Write your maximum permissible weight numbers (provided from your rack manufacturer) and company name with a permanent marker or apply your own P-touch labels
- Pre-printed pallet rack capacity label text is provided in red and black lettering on a white background
- Only for application to smooth, non-textured surfaces
- Custom printed text - prices indicated below, contact Customer Service with your custom warehouse label content (including weights) and design layout, minimum order of 100 pieces
- Yellow background color (with white edging) available for $0.15 additional per label
- Max load capacity stickers available in custom sizes and designs
- 3 mil polypropylene with 1 mil polypropylene overlaminate
- Minimum application temperature = +10F
- Weight capacity label service temperature range = 0F to +150F
